Thanks to everyone's support, our stall at the Hiker's Flea Market on February 2nd was a success!
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the organizers, all those involved, the exhibitors and those at the flea market, and all the customers who waited in line to attend!
We are incredibly grateful for the number of visitors, who far exceeded our expectations, and even after three days the excitement has still not died down. Many customers visited the YAMATOMO.FUN booth and were able to get their hands on our products.
As soon as the event opened, there was a surge in checkouts, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused to many customers who had to wait.
Even so, people kindly accepted us by saying "It's okay," and we received comments such as "I finally got it," "It's always sold out online so I'm glad I was able to buy it," and "I use it all the time, I used it yesterday," from people who are already loyal customers of YAMATOMO.FUN products, and we were very happy to receive their valuable feedback.
As we watched the long lines of customers lining up outside the window, popular products and colors quickly sold out, and we received many complaints such as "They're all gone!" We are truly sorry to everyone who came to the event but was unable to purchase any products, or to everyone who had to compromise on color or size.
Some people were willing to sell their exhibits even though they had some issues, so we would like to increase the number next time.
Both the organizers and the guests were hikers who truly love hiking and mountain climbing, and it was a wonderful event filled with enthusiasm and kindness.
We are truly honored and grateful to have been able to participate in the first such event!
We will continue to work hard so that we can set up a stall again next time.
